If you are running ElCapitan or later, your Mac is already extremely well-protected from all the threats these programs can detect.
(The report you posted is EXACTLY such a panic.) When they do find a matching pattern, even in a completely harmless place such as random data in a picture file, they deliberately crash your Mac "to protect you". They punish performance by being unrelenting, and re-reading the exact same files they just finished checking, despite finding nothing and there being no indications of changes to these files. These programs justify their existence by scanning all your files, looking for any patterns that may resemble any virus executable ever seen since 1984, including many so old or for vastly different systems that could not possibly infect your Mac even if you installed them directly. That is likely to be the ENTIRE cause of your issues. You appear to be running an aftermarket so-called Anti-Virus program on your already well-protected Mac.
